Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

For pre-order items, please allow up to 6 weeks for production and fulfillment. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order has been processed
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after your order has been processed

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Flag & Bow is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to help locate it.
