Shipping & Order Processing

In-Stock Items

In-stock items are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are produced in limited runs and require additional production time. Please allow 6–8 weeks for production and fulfillment before your order ships.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order has been processed

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after your order has been processed

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Flag & Bow is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We’re always happy to assist where possible.
