Flag & Bow Invitational

Why It Exists

The Invitational was founded by Flag & Bow founder Christina Parsells, a former Division I golfer and current mid-amateur competitor.

After college, Christina experienced firsthand how few true exclusive, championship-caliber opportunities exist for women who still want to compete at the highest level.

The Flag & Bow Invitational was built to serve women exactly like her: competitive, committed, and deeply connected to the sport. It exists to give mid-amateur women a place to compete, connect with friends and make new ones, and most importantly... keep playing!

Tournament Information

The Flag & Bow Invitational is a tournament dedicated to the elite competitive spirit of women’s mid-amateur golf.

Played on championship-caliber courses, the Flag & Bow Invitational brings together high-level players who seek meaningful mid-amateur competition.

Mid-amateur women embody the purest form of competitive golf: balancing careers, life, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. This championship is a tribute to that commitment, offering a stage for serious competition and lasting camaraderie.

The Flag & Bow Invitational was created to be more than just a tournament. It is a growing platform for mid-amateur women, designed to expand opportunity, elevate visibility, and foster a community of like-minded competitors.
